Ross won a Battle Royal to become the inaugural champion Hurricane Ross vacated the title prior to May 11. Billy Ray won a Battle Royal for the vacant title. Ross was forced to relenquish the title due to an injury on July 3, 2013. Duplanti won a Battle Royal for the vacant title. Orullian def. Duplanti for the title in a 6-man match where all NAW titles were on the line. Wolf def. Orullian in a Battle Royal to become champion Orullian def. Ray in a match were the loser had to wear a diaper. Orullian was stripped of the title on March 17 due to not having defended in 30 days.
