  2. On October 3rd, 2019, Kareem Sadat announced his official retirement and the titles were declared vacant. Pantera & Lambert def. Ryan the Ripper & Brock Landers and Rick Russo & Revan in a Triple Threat for the titles
  3. The Step Brothas vacated the titles on April 9, 2022 due to Johnson's health issues. Bad & Bourgeois defeated Chosen Influence (Malik Mayfield & Luke Richmond) for the vacant titles.
  4. Bad & Bourgeois vacated the titles when Plonk took time away from wrestling prior to June 24th. The Stage Dive Mafia def. The Wrestlers of Mass Destruction (Leo Fox & Curt Gannon) for the vacant titles
  5. The Wrestlers of Mass Destruction were stripped of the title on April 13th for failing to appear for a title defence. Holy Wobble def. Drake Gallows & Colton Kinnamon for the vacant titles. On October 12, 2024, Terry Pantera announced that Wobble was a de facto member of Team Holy Hell and invoked the Freebird Rule for the titles, due to Wobble being out after jaw surgery.
